Private and quiet, sunny paradise on the border between Småland och Blekinge. In this area there hardly any traffic and its very quiet. The perfect place to relaxe and escape from your stessful live. The environment.  Its perfect to cycle or walk in the surroundings, there are lots of cycletrail and walkingtrails. Furthermore there are alot of lakes in the environment: Djupasjön, Östersjön, Stensjön, Kinnen och Kvesen. Good fishing possibilities.

 

Munkamåla has access to a lake: Östersjön. The place is beautiful with a view over the lake, meadows and forest. Around the house is a large garden. Garden furniture is present.

House is situated about 4 km from Eringsboda, 10km from Rävemåla and 30 km from Tingsryd.

 

Good fishing possibilities in the lake Östersjön (100m from the house). Here you can fish pike, perch, pike-perch.

 

Description of the house

The house has almost everything you needr.Its modern with lots of comfort. Rented out the whole year. The house is heated with electricity. Varm and cold running water.

 

On the second floor: a big halway and  5 bedrooms:

  • 1 bedroom (1) with 2 separate beds

  • 1 bedroom (2) with 1 bed and a childbed

  • 1 bedroom (3) with 1 doublebed (no picture)

  • 1 bedroom (4) with a wide bed

  • 1 bedroom (5) with 1 doublebed

On the second floor is also a shower and a toilet. A wardrobe in almost every room.

 

On the first floor: a kitchen, a toilet, an office, a TV room and a large livingroom.

  • Well equipped kitchen with a )little) dishwasher, electric oven, coffeemachine, microwave, fridge and freezer.  In the kitchen are 2 chairs for children.

  • Very large livingroom with diningtable, a sofa  and an open fireplace.

  • TV room with a sofa (TV swedish digitalbox).

  • A little office.

  • Fishing license can be bought at the neighbours.

  • We like the quests to clean the house before leaving.
