Description of the house

Beautiful view over lake Västra Gyl only 100 m from the cottage. Gigantic rocks from the ice age lies round the cottage and in the sourrounding. Good fishing possibilities, o row boat is included. The cottage lies secluded and is the last and only at the end of the road. Lovely walking and bicycle paths in the area. Rental all year round. 

 

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds. 

Ground floor:1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 extra bed in a bed settee.

Bathroom, shower and toilet.

Large kitchen with bench-stove/oven, wood stove, fridge, coffee maker and hoover.

Warm and cold water. Electric heating.

Lounge with TV and radio.

Garden with outdoor furniture and a grill.

 The cottage is a little bit outside of this map. From road 119 between Ryd and Lönsboda. Turn towards Spjutaretorp about 7 km from Ryd. Drive 4,5 km and then you pass a small lake and shortly thereafter you drive through a yard where there is a cowhouse on the left side and a dwelling-house on the right side. After 50 m turn left in to a small road, which leads up to the cottage.
