Description of the house

 

Charming house with a Sauna. Rented out the whole year. 4 rooms (2 bedrooms) and an kitchen.

Private and quiet place in the middle of nature 8 km from Konga and 5 km from Hallebro.

The house is situated on the border of Blekinge and Småland.

It is about 300m to the Ronneby river. From the Ronneby river its about 4 km to Tattamålasjön and Krokfjorden. Its perfect to cycle in the surrounding. Cycle in the idyll of Småland.

There are a lot of walking trails. In this area there hardly any traffic and its very quiet.

There are no neighbour close to the house.

Fishing license can be bought at Strömmagården Fiskekamp or at the petrolstation in Konga.

Beautiful garden around the house.

 

Varm and cold running water. The house is heated with firewood and electricity.

Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, wood stove Coffeemachine, microwave, Freidge and freezer.

There is a washingmachine and a sauna in the bathroom.

2 Livingrooms, one with an with open fireplace and one with a sofa and a TV (swedish).

A canoe is included in the rent.

  • Electricity and firewood is included only during the highseason.

  • Please clean the house vefore leaving

Restaurants, cafeteria, pizzeria, shops, post, bank, library, touristinformation, swimmingpool (äventyrinomhusbad), supermarket etc. in Tingsryd – ca. 18 km. Open air bad (Örmobadet) with two open air bassins in Konga ca. 8 km.

Cycletrail through 3 socknarna Linneryd, Älmeboda and Södra Sandsjö and Kronobergstrampen also Walkingtrail "Utvandraleden"  . Canoetrail Rottnen - Hjorthålan is in the neighbourhood.

Bathing:  Näset 10km, Tattamålasjön 4 km.  Tingsryd (Kaskad) ca. 18 km.  Konga  open air bath ca. 8 km    Eastsee ca. 30km.

Places to see: Kreativum (Karlshamn), Korrö, Kurrebo Lunnabacken ( experimental garden with a view over lake Åsnen), Eriksberg Naturreservat,  Blekinge, Laxaquarium/ Mörrum. The Kingdom of Crystal 30 km.  Astrid Lindgrens värld 190 km. Eriksberg (wild-safari) 60 km. Öland och Ölands Djurpark 100 km.
