Nearby Tingsryd in Smaland, this modern, newly built house (2011) with a very high standard.

The cottage is situated high in an isolated location with a great view on lake Kroksjön.

The house (95sqm) has a large new kitchen combined with living room (45sqm) with a stunning view on lake Kroksjön.

In the livingroom there is a lcd-tv and HD sat-box with cardreader. Take your own card with youif you want to use it.  Satelites to watch at are Astra,Hotbird,Thor och sirius.

Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, built-in oven, integrated fridge and freezer, kettle and coffee maker.

Tiled bathroom with shower and floor heating on 6kvm.
