House description Melander is a beautiful house for a large family, or two families who wants to have holiday together. The house has everything needed, its modern with a lot of comfort and can be rented the whole year around. The house has two stocks and has a magnificent view over the lake Mien. Mien is a large lake in the south of Småland, about 20 km2. Mien is almost round as a circle and is build after a meteorite hit the earth about 120 miljoner years ago. In the middel of the lake is an island called Ramsö. (link to www.miensfvo.se). Bathingplace with a sandy beach at a distance of 100m. Good fishing possibilities. Here you can fish pike, perch, Freshwater Brown Trout and eel. In the surroundings there are walkingtrails and bicycletrails. Big garden with over 10.000 m2 grassed surface. The house is heated with warmth from the lake Mien.
