View from lake Mien

House description

Nice modern renovated two-story house with stunning views of lake Mien. The house is located  about 50m from lake Mien at the end of the road, it means that there is no traffic. Calm and sunny. The house is ideal for nature lovers and anglers and those seeking peace and quiet. The cottage is situated in a beautiful area with open countryside. Deer, Elk and other wildlife in the forest. Blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in the season. Tenants have access to the lake Mien where a rowingboat can be used for free.

Mien is a large lake in the south of Småland, about 20 km2. Mien is almost round as a circle and is build after a meteorite hit the earth about 120 miljoner years ago. In the middel of the lake is an island called Ramsö. (link to www.miensfvo.se).

Excellent fishing off the northern pike, perch, trout and eel.

Large garden with a large lawn.

The house is heated with two heat pumps, floor heating, wood and electricity.

Tenants also have access to a boat in the lake Åsnen in Froaryd (among homeowners) that is included in the price.
